Refund Policy

If you need to return an item for a refund, Start Here!

Customer Service is a number one priority at Reiss Studio. If you have an item you would like to return for a refund, please contact our service department at service@reiss-studio.com.

We can process returns and refunds only for items purchased from Reiss Studio. We can not accept returns of:

Any item that is returned more than 15 days from delivery.
Any CD, DVD, or Software that has been opened (taken out of it's plastic wrap).
Any item that is not in it's original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts.
Any item that has been downloaded electronically

Please do not send us items that do not meet the conditions listed above, as we do not issue refunds for non-qualifying items and cannot return the items to you.

We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item. You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 7 to 14 business days of our receiving your return. If your return is not due to our error, we will deduct the shipping costs from your refund.

Should you return an order that was placed using a promotional certificate, you will not be refunded for the amount of the certificate, as these discounts were deducted from the original purchase amount. Any unexpired promotional funds used on the order would, however, be returned to your account for use toward future purchases.
