Our Returns Policy
Customer Service is a number one priority at Reiss Studio. If you have an item to return, please contact our service department at
service@reiss-studio.com.
Within 15 days of delivery of a shipment, you may return any of the following items you purchased from Reiss Studio, for any reason for a full Refund (we'll also refund the shipping cost if the return is a result of our error):
Any unopened (still in plastic wrap) CD, DVD, or software
We cannot accept returns of opened items, electronically delivered software, or items returned more than 15 days after delivery.
